Logging in to HappyFox From a Chromebook or PC

There should be an icon on your desktop or on your taskbar on Chromebox that looks like the logo shown below. If you don’t see one you can also follow this link: https://frankenmuthschools.happyfox.com/home/

After going to the link please click on the login button on the top right

Once you’ve clicked on login select the “Google Apps” option. This will prompt you to select the Google account you’re signed into. (As shown below) Please make sure this is your school issued Google account. This will create a contact for you in our system the first time. After that you will be able to see any tickets you have raised before. (Also shown below)
Submitting a Ticket in the Ticketing System

To submit a ticket go to the top right corner and click “Submit Ticket”

This will take you to the new ticket screen. Create your ticket. Technology tickets are for Technology issues. Maintenance tickets are for Maintenance tickets. If you aren’t sure Maintenance seems like the best choice. Once you have entered all your info click “Create Ticket” and it will notify us that a new ticket was put in.
Submitting Tickets via Email

To submit a ticket via email, from any internet enabled device, email the address below. Use the subject line as your ticket name. Then put a detailed description of the issue in the body of the e-mail. Hitting send will automatically generate a ticket.

The first time you submit a ticket please create an account with the instructions above. This will allow tickets to be assigned to the correct users and allow for proper tracking.
