Troubleshooting Zearn Login
Step 1: Access your clever portal and go to "My Students" on the left side. Select "Student Roster"
Step 2: Once you see your student roster select a student. On the right side of the screen you'll see "Student Tools" and under student tools select "Troubleshoot App Login".
Step 3: You'll see a pop up with a drop down box to select an app. Click the drop down and scroll to Zearn.
Step 4: After selecting Zearn you'll be asked if the student can see the Zearn icon in the clever portal. Please click yes. Then click "Update Credentials" for the next pop up.
Step 5: This is the box you will update the students credentials in. Make sure these credentials match what you have set for the students username/password in Zearn.
